The Morris Minor engine has had a complete Rebuild. The cylinder head has been fully converted to unleaded by Peter Burgess of Alfreton, with new :-

Valves
Valve Guides
Double valve springs
Modern valve stem seals
Skimmed and pressure tested

The engine was stripped & thoroughly cleaned. On inspection the standard bores were found to be in pristine condition showing no wear or scoring & were well within tolerance. The bores were honed. New pistons & rings fitted. The crankshaft was ground by W.Bates of Mapperley, to .010” mains & big ends, all new shells & thrust washers were fitted.

New parts fitted include :-
Pistons & rings
Big ends, mains and thrust washers
Full lock tab set
Full gasket set
Water pump
Oil pressure switch
Spark plugs
Oil filter

The starter ring gear has been dressed and reversed on the flywheel

The engine has been painted and comes as a complete block/head/sump assembly ready for you to fit your ancillaries. (Some parts may be available if you are missing anything)
This is a great, as new 1098cc engine
